How It Works
Project Introduction
Fill out the new project form below, or call/email/text us to get started. Once contacted, our team will review your project details and set up an initial meeting to review the scope of the project and your design intent. Following the meeting, our team will send you a quote including the cost and timeline for completing the design.
Existing Documentation
Regarding renovation projects, we will document the existing conditions, which could include a physical visit to the site, measurements, and creating a 3D digital model of the existing building.
Schematic Design
This phase involves transforming ideas into visualizations. Depending on your needs, different schemes or options may be developed to ensure we reach the right solution. This includes but is not limited to sketching and space planning. This can be interactive through virtual or in-person meetings in order to reach your design goal.
Design Development (optional)
This phase involves creating a 3D digital model and renderings to bring the schematic plans to life. If needed, multiple iterations will be developed to ensure the design goal is met.
Finishes + FF&E Selections (optional)
This phase includes selecting and specifying finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, accessories, appliances, and/or furniture to complete the project. We will create mood boards, specification lists, finish plans, and/or furniture/appliance plans.
Construction Documentation (optional)
Once the design intent is solidified in the 3D digital model, we will create a set of construction documents. This can include floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, etc. You can then work with a builder to bring the design to life!
